What is your typical "day in the life of a designer"?

Building Lego models that use technology to teach kids Robotics, Science, Engineering, etc.

Design principles you live by?

1. Consider your audience

2. I don't care who you are, assume the user knows nothing

3. Good things come in threes.

What problem can't you stop thinking about?

How to embrace the change in society that technology has on each and every generation and not demonize it.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Never look at just your close peers as competition. Also look at the industry as competition.

What’s in your bag?

What is the greatest design object, service, product or graphic ever made, in your opinion?

Nintendo Wiimote. It embraced the familiarity and accessibility of the TV remote and built an interactive experience around it. Pure Genius!
